ตลาดหลักทรัพย์ฯ ขอให้ผู้ลงทุนพิจารณาข้อมูลอย่างรอบคอบในหลักทรัพย์ DELTA ก่อนตัดสินใจซื้อขาย

ตามที่หลักทรัพย์บริษัทเดลต้า อีเลคโทรนิคส์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (มหาชน) “DELTA” สามารถซื้อขายได้โดยปกติ และไม่อยู่ในมาตรการกำกับการซื้อขายเริ่มตั้งแต่วันที่ 24 เมษายน 2566 (DELTA เข้ามาตรการกำกับการซื้อขายระดับ 1 ในวันที่ 3 – 21 เมษายน 2566) โดยปัจจุบันมีค่า P/E และ P/BV อยู่ที่ 72.35 เท่า และ 20.30 เท่า ตามลำดับ (ข้อมูล ณ 21 เมษายน 2566) ตลาดหลักทรัพย์ฯ จึงขอให้ผู้ลงทุนศึกษาข้อมูลต่างๆ รวมถึงบทวิเคราะห์ของบริษัทหลักทรัพย์ให้ครบถ้วนและรอบคอบก่อนตัดสินใจซื้อขายในหลักทรัพย์ดังกล่าว

นอกจากนี้ตลาดหลักทรัพย์ฯ ขอแจ้งให้ทราบว่าหากพบว่าสภาพการซื้อขายของหลักทรัพย์ DELTA ผิดไปจากสภาพปกติโดยไม่มีปัจจัยพื้นฐาน (fundamental) สนับสนุน หลักทรัพย์ DELTA จะถูกยกระดับเข้าสู่มาตรการกำกับการซื้อขายระดับ 2 และ 3 ตามลำดับ ซึ่งเป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ปัจจุบันที่กำหนด

ระดับ 1: ห้ามคำนวณวงเงินซื้อขาย และ Cash Balance

ระดับ 2: ห้าม Net settlement, ห้ามคำนวณวงเงินซื้อขาย และ Cash Balance

ระดับ 3: หยุดพักการซื้อขาย 1 วัน ในวันทำการแรก, ห้าม Net Settlement, ห้ามคำนวณวงเงินซื้อขาย และ Cash Balance

SET warns investors be cautious over investment in DELTA

As the first level of market surveillance measures imposed on Delta Electronics (Thailand) pcl (DELTA)’s stock since April 3, 2023 comes to an end on April 21 and the stock will be traded as normal from April 24, 2023 onwards, The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET); therefore, urges investors to thoroughly and cautiously study information related to DELTA including research issued by securities companies before making investment decisions. As of April 21, 2023, DELTA’s price to earnings ratio (P/E) and price per book value (PBV) stood at 72.35 times and 20.30 times, respectively.

If DELTA’s irregular trading activities continue without any fundamental support, SET will impose the second and the third level respectively of market surveillance measures on DELTA’s stock in compliance with the existing regulations.

Market surveillance measures comprise of: 

The first level:      Excluded from credit limit and 100 percent cash prepayment (cash balance account)

The second level: Prohibited from net settlement, excluded from credit limit and 100 percent cash prepayment (cash balance account)

The third level:     Suspension for one business day, prohibited from net settlement, excluded  from credit limit and 100 percent cash prepayment (cash balance account)
