ตลาดหลักทรัพย์ฯ ขอให้ผู้ลงทุนพิจารณาข้อมูลให้รอบคอบก่อนตัดสินใจซื้อขายหลักทรัพย์ บริษัท ดีวี8 จำกัด (มหาชน)

สภาพการซื้อขายหลักทรัพย์บริษัท ดีวี8 จำกัด (มหาชน) (DV8) เริ่มเปลี่ยนแปลงไปจากเดิมเมื่อปลายเดือนเมษายน 2568 โดยพบว่าราคาปรับตัวสูงขึ้นมากและต่อเนื่อง (Ceiling ติดต่อกันหลายวัน) ตั้งแต่วันที่ 7 พฤษภาคม 2568 จนถึงปัจจุบัน และมีมูลค่าการซื้อขาย P/E รวมทั้ง P/BV เปลี่ยนแปลงจากช่วงก่อนหน้าอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ โดยมีข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวเนื่องในช่วงดังกล่าว ดังนี้ 

SET cautions investors over trading in securities of DV8 pcl

The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has observed unusual trading patterns in the securities of DV8 pcl (DV8) which exhibited abnormal price momentum diverging markedly from late April 2025. The prices of DV8 have sharply and continuously increased (triggering the ceiling limits for several consecutive days) since May 7, 2025 until present, with significant deviations in the trading value and the company’s P/E and P/BV ratios as detailed below.

On May 14, 2025 at 15.27 hrs., media outlets circulated unverified market reports citing investor sources regarding an imminent acquisition by a prominent Japanese corporation, including speculation about a forthcoming tender offer and complete board reconstitution. Subsequently, DV8 submitted clarification on May 15, 2025 at 9.09 hrs. in response to SET’s inquiry, stating that there was no development that would affect the trading volume and price of DV8 securities. The company also reported that no approach was received from prospective buyers and there was no change in its Executive Committee.
