24-hour automated phone system

  • Dial “0 2009 9999” 
  • After hearing the greetings message, “Press 12” 
  • Enter your “13 digits national ID card number” followed by the “#” sign
  • The system will notify the securities you are entitled to, and prompt you to select the securities of interest by pressing "the corresponding number" , such as 1 for securities A or 2 for securities B
  • To maintain data security, you must authenticate your identification by indicating how many stocks you own or are eligible to subscribe to by selecting one of the choices below:
           Press 1 if you know how many existing stocks you have 
           Press 2 if you know how many stocks you have the right to subscribe to 
           Then, enter the exact number of the chosen option

For securities holders with securities certificates
Please follow the below procedure:
1. Complete the application form for amending securities holders’ records (TSD – 301)

2. Enclose the following documents:
      For individuals persons:
  • A certified copy of the ID card of the securities holder requesting the change of mailing address (the ID card must not expire)
  • If the name and surname have been changed: enclose a certified copy of the name change document
  • An original ID card or certificate issued by the district office (no older than 90 days) that can be used in lieu of the original ID if the application documents are sent by post or through an authorized person
  • The securities certificate with the previous name
  • Complete the application form for the issuance of new securities certificates (TSD -102) and enclose one additional set of supporting documents as specified in the form.
      For foreigners and juristic persons:
      For identification documents other than those listed in the form:
  • Minors, quasi-incompetent individuals, or persons with disabilities who are unable to sign the documents, please contact the SET Contact Center for additional information and assistance.

3. Document submission channels

TSD Counter Service
Documents can be submitted in person or through an authorized individual to Thailand Securities Depository Company Limited (TSD Counter Service) at 93 (Tower B Floor 1), Ratchadaphisek Road, Din Daeng Subdistrict, Din Daeng District, Bangkok 10400.

Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding holidays. 

If authorizing others to act on their behalf, the "securities holders who wish to change their mailing address" must sign the power of attorney section of form TSD-301 and affix a 10-baht stamp duty to it. The attorney must also present both the original and a certified copy of his or her identification card (the ID card must not be expired).

The details of the application process are as follows:
1. Sign up for membership (only for individual persons) 
2. Enter your 13-digit ID card or Passport / Alien identity number

  • Click the “Next” button to proceed

3. [Step 1] Study the TSD Investor Portal service’s terms and conditions

  • Click the “Accept” button if you agree with the terms and conditions displayed
  • Click the “Next” button to proceed

4. [Step 2] Identity verification and photographing
     Thai shareholders  conducting a transaction using a camera-enabled device

  • Enter the laser code on the back of your ID card, title, name, surname, and date of birth
  • Select the "Verify ID Card” button
  • Take a photograph of the front side of the original identification card and a photograph of the securities holder holding the ID card. Both images must be clearly visible. The photo of the securities holder must clearly show his or her face without a hat, sunglasses, or mask.
  • Click the “Take a photo” and “Confirm” buttons
  • Click the “Next” to proceed
    For Thai shareholders  making a transaction via a non-camera device
  • Enter the laser code on the back of your ID card, title, name, surname, and date of birth 
  • Click the "Verify ID Card" button
  • Attach a certified copy of the ID card (the card must not be expired)
  • If the name and surname have been changed, attach a copy of the document certifying the name and surname change
  • Click the “Next” button to proceed 
 
       For foreign shareholders

  • Enter personal information such as title, name-surname, date of birth, and nationality
  • Attach a certified copy of the ID card with the “Used to apply for Investor Portal membership” message. The file formats that can be uploaded are   .pdf, .gif, .bmp, .png, .jpeg, with a maximum file size of 5MB 
  • Click the “Next” button to proceed

5. [Step 3] Registration information and OTP verification

  • Enter your email address which will serve as your “Username” when you log in
  • Create a password (at least 8 characters long and containing uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and digits e.g. December2021). 
  • Enter your phone number to receive an OTP
  • Click the “OTP Request” button to receive an OTP to confirm your registration information
  • Enter the OTP code received 
  • Click the “Next” button to proceed
6. [Step 4] Complete the application
  • The system displays a summary of the TSD Investor Portal service registration details
  • Click the "Finish" option

7. Once the registration is complete and TSD have received all of the required documents, the applicant will be notified of the registration's result via email and SMS within the next business day.

To print a withholding tax certificate from the TSD Investor Portal, follow these steps: 

  • Log in to the TSD Investor Portal
  • Select "Print Report" from the menu
  • Select "Withholding Tax Certificate" 
  • Enter the tax year you want to search for and click the “Search” button
  • To print all of them, click the “Download All” button
  • If you want to print specific items, tick the box in front of the securities you want and then click the “Download” button

The following documents must be submitted when transferring securities to another person: 

  • The TSD-101 Securities Ownership Transfer Registration Form, completed and signed by the transferee 
  • The original securities certificate, with the securities holder's signature on the back in the transferor field and the transferee's signature in the transferee field 
  • The identification document of the transferor, transferee, and the attorney (if any). Details can be found on the back of the form or call the SET Contact Center at 0 2009 9999
  • A certified copy of ID card of the person who has signed as a witness in the securities transfer registration application form (only for issuance of new securities certificates) 
    Note If the securities holder (the transferor) has changed his or her title/name/surname, a certified copy of the change document must be enclosed, along with a completed form for securities holders’ records amendment 

The following documents must be submitted for a transfer of inherited securities:

  • TSD-103 Application for the Administration of Estate Form, completed and signed by the administrator of the estate. 
  • A copy of the court order appointing the administrator of the deceased’s estate and a copy of the court's certificate confirming the finality of the case issued no longer than one year, signed and certified by  the administrator of the deceased’s estate (every page) 
  • A copy of the death certificate of the deceased, signed and certified by the administrator. 
  • The original securities certificate, with the following individuals' signatures on the back:
    - The signature of the administrator in the transferor field
    - The signature of the inheritor in the transferee field
    Note If the administrator is the recipient of the inherited securities, the administrator must sign in both the transferor and transferee fields

    Notes:
    1. If the administrator has changed his or her title, name, and surname (which differ from the name in the court order appointing an inheritance administrator), a copy of the title, name, and surname change document must be enclosed 
    2. If the deceased changed his or her title, name, and surname, a copy of the title, name, and surname change document must be enclosed

Submission of documents for registration of securities transfer

  • Submit the documents by mail to Thailand Securities Depository Company Limited (TSD Counter Services) at 93 Ratchadaphisek Road, Din Daeng Subdistrict, Din Daeng District, Bangkok 10400 

If a securities holder does not receive the dividend withholding tax certificates via postal mail, a request for a new one can be made through the following channels:

1. Print the new certificate through the TSD Investor Portal (free of charge)

2. Contact the TSD Counter Service (printing fee: 9 baht per page)

3. Send the request by postal mail (printing fee: 9 baht per page)
     3.1 Complete the Shareholder's Request for Documents Form (TSD-302), select item 6, and specify the name of the securities and the date of the dividend payment 
     3.2 Enclose the identification document

       For natural persons

  • A certified copy of the ID card  (ID card must not be expired)
  • A copy of fee payment slip made payable to Thailand Securities Depository Company Limited, Siam Commercial Bank, Wireless Road Branch, Savings account number 0492635966. 
  • If the securities holder has changed his or her name and surname, a certified copy of the name and surname change document must be enclosed

        For juristic persons

  • A copy of the Company's certificate, not older than 1 year, duly signed by the authorized director
  • A certified copy of the authorized director’s ID card (the ID card must not be expired) 
  • A copy of the fee payment slip made payable to Thailand Securities Depository Company Limited, Siam Commercial Bank, Wireless Road Branch, Savings account number 0492635966. 
  • If the company has changed its name, a copy of the name change document certified by the authorized director must be enclosed

     3.3Send the documents to Thailand Securities Depository Co., Ltd. (TSD Counter Services), 93, The Stock Exchange Building, Ratchadaphisek Road, Din Daeng, Bangkok 10400, Thailand 

4.  Send the documents via email or fax (printing fee: 9 baht per page)

Step 1 Loss of the original securities certificate
The securities holder can request the securities certificate number in order to file a report at a police station through one of the following channels (if the securities certificate is not lost, skip to step 3): 
  • Contact TSD Counter Services to obtain the securities certificate number
  • Fill out the TSD-302 Application for Printing out Documents for Securities Holder Form and mail it along with an identification document and printing fee as specified on the back of the form   
  • Investor Portal’s members can check the information via the portal
  • Contact the SET Contact Center at 0 2009 9999

Step 2 Report a loss of a security certificate
After receiving the securities certificate number, the securities holder must report the loss of the securities certificate to the police, and the police report must contain the following information: 

  • The securities holder's name 
  • The securities name
  • The securities certificate number
  • The number of shares lost
    Note If the police report is a copy, it must be signed and certified by the police officer and issued within 90 days of the filing date 
Step 3 Submit the following documents to request a new securities certificate
  • The completed and signed TSD-102 Request Form for Issuance of New Securities Certificates 
  • The original securities certificate.  If the securities holder does not have the original securities certificate, please attach the police report specifying the following information:
    1) The securities holder's name
    2) The securities name
    3) The securities certificate number
    4) The number of shares lost
  • Identification documents of the securities holder and attorney (if any) by person type (click here)
  • Additional documents, as needed: 
    If the security holder's title/name/surname has changed, please enclose the following documents: 
    (1) SRT-301 Request Form for Amending Securities Holders' Records
    (2) Title/Name/Last Name Change Document, Marriage Certificate, Divorce Certificate, as needed
    In the case of a deceased security holder, a copy of the following additional documents, signed and certified by the administrator of the deceased’s estate, are required:  
    (1) A copy of the court order appointing the administrator of the deceased’s estate and a copy of the court's certificate confirming the finality of the case issued no longer than one year 
    (2) A copy of the death certificate of the deceased. 
    (3) Identification documents of the administrator
Note
1. If the administrator has changed his or her title, name, and surname (which differ from the name in the court order appointing an inheritance administrator), a copy of the title, name, and surname change document must be enclosed 
2. If the deceased changed his or her title, name, and surname, a copy of the title, name, and surname change document must be enclosed
