JUMP+ Program is a Listed Company Value Creation
Support Program with the emphasis on

  • Disclosure of Company's Value Creation Plan
  • Regular Update and Communication with Investors
  • Corporate Visibility Enhancement through various activities
Participating listed companies will benefit from support provided the SET Group and its partners.

JUMP+ Program Requirements

Project participation criteria

  • bullet
    Being listed company on SET or mai (Not include REIT, IFF and Property Fund)
  • bullet
    Not flagged with CB, CS, CC, CF, NP, or SP signs
  • bullet
    Not subject to possible delisting by the SET
  • bullet
    Not subject to any criminal complaints filed by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) within the five years prior to the date of application*

Maintain status in the project

  • bullet
    Being listed company on SET or mai (Not include REIT, IFF and Property Fund)
  • bullet
    Not flagged with CB, CS, CC, CF, SP* signs (*Companies flagged with SP sign must implement required corrective actions to maintain JUMP+ Program status
  • bullet
    Not subject to possible delisting by the SET
  • bullet
    Not subject to any criminal complaints filed by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)*
  • bullet
    Obtaining or Maintaining a CGR rating of 3 (three) stars or above for the CGR assessment in the years 2027 and 2028
  • Participating listed companies are required to maintain the above requirements throughout the program.

*This includes civil complaints or sanctions involving the listed company, its directors or executives, or any responsible persons acting on behalf of the company. The five-year period is calculated from the date of the SEC’s enforcement action.

JUMP+ Program Details and Timeline

Listed companies may
submit their board-approved or top executive-approved applications from
26 June until 30 December 2025.

Listed companies prepare,
publish and communicate
their board-approved
JUMP+ plans for 2026-2028.

Listed companies provide investors with progress updates on a quarterly basis or, where applicable, upon material events throughout the program.
