In addition to mai Index, which is calculated from the prices of all common stocks on mai, Market for Alternative Investment (mai) also provides Industry Group Index. This type of index reflects the movement of the price of the common stocks that have been grouped into the same industry.

| Financials | FINCIAL | Business related to providing financial services such as banks, finance & securities firms, insurance companies, etc. |
| Industrials | INDUS | Business related to manufacturing or distributing raw materials which can be used in many industries, products in primary or secondary goods, tools or machinery to be used in various manufacturingindustries. It also includes automotive industry. |
| Property & Construction | PROPCON | Business related to producing construction materials, property development andmanagement. It also includes construction and engineering services. |
| Resources | RESOURC | Business related to exploring or managing resources such as the production and supply of fuel, energy, mining etc. |
