Request for a new securities certificate 

If a securities holder wishes to issue a new securities certificate due to damage or loss, name-surname change, separation/merge of securities certificates, or the issuer announces the expropriation of securities certificates, the holder can do so by submitting the following documents:

  • If the securities certificate is lost, the Criminal Procedure Code requires a police report containing the name of the securities, the name of the securities holder, the securities certificate number, and the number of securities.
  • If a new securities certificate is requested due to damage, name-surname change, securities certificate separation/merge, or the issuer announces the expropriation of securities certificates, the original securities certificate must be submitted.
