Procedure for requesting an amendment to securities holders’ information
(For those with securities certificates or who have deposited securities in the issuer accounts)

Please include the ID card certificate issued by the district office.

- When submitting in person or through a power of attorney, the assignor's and attorney's original ID card must be presented.
- When sending documents by mail, a certificate of the ID card issued by the district office must be enclosed (effective as of 1 July 2012).
Processing time
Within 5 working days after TSD receives all documents
Note:
- If the securities holder has deposited securities with a depository participant (broker/custodian), the holder may contact the participants directly for the amendment of any information
- The amendment of the information will be effective when TSD has received all required documents at least 5 business days prior to the book closing date
- The address should be one that is convenient for receiving documents via registered mail, and must not be a PO box number
