For securities holders wish to use the service Securities transfer, Issuance of new securities certificates, Amending securities holder information, Receiving cheques/securities certificates at TSD Counter Services

Online Reservation Process

  • Select menu “Online reservation”
  • Sign in with account SET Member
  • Select “Make a queue for the services”
  • Specify the information of Online Reservation
    • Select the type of transaction
    • Select the number of securities
    • Select date and time period
      *Able to make online reservation for other person whereby the first name- last name and mobile phone number of the person who will use the service
  • Verify and confirm queue reservation information
  • The person using the services receive SMS confirming the reservation along with the QR Code to scan in order to receive the queue card.
  • On the day of appointment. The person using the services will scan the QR Code or specify the mobile phone number at the kiosk
  • Select menu “Online reservation”
