live broadcast from ALT Telecom Public Company Limited's meeting room; at 52/1
Moo 5, Bangkruay-Sainoi Road, Bangsithong, Bangkruay, Nonthaburi Province 11130
Thailand, as advised to SET accordingly.
Please be informed that the Company has already disclosed the notice of the 
Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the year 2023 with its enclosures and
proxy form on the Company's website at www.alt.co.th since March 27, 2023.
Furthermore, the Company has provided the opportunity for shareholders to submit
their questions regarding the agendas to the Company in advance via email :
ir@alt.co.th from now till April 25, 2023. The original notice of the AGM will
be sent to shareholders by April 3, 2023.
