Remark                                   :
According to DTAC and TRUEE have already completed the amalgamation processes 
and the Public Company Limited Registrar accepted registration of the
amalgamation, As a result, the mentioned companies will be lost their status as
juristic persons and all assets, liabilities, rights, duties and
responsibilities of mentioned companies will be transferred to True Corporation
Public Company Limited (TRUE). By virtue of Section 171 (4) and 171 (1) of the
Securities and Exchange Act B.E. 2535 (1992), The SET's Board of Governors has
approved the delisting of DTAC and TRUEE's securities and the listing of TRUE's
securities since the day that the Public Company Limited Registrar accepted
registration of the amalgamation on Mar 1, 2023 (effective in the trading system
 on Mar 2, 2023) and to be traded on Mar 3, 2023 onwards.
SET will not specify the Ceiling and Floor prices of common shares of TRUE on 
the first trading day which is Mar 3, 2023. (In the event that there is no
trading of common shares of TRUE on Mar 3, 2023, SET will not specify the
Ceiling and Floor prices continuously until the trading of common shares of TRUE
occurs). The ceiling and floor prices will subsequently be adjusted according
to normal criteria from the next working day.
