ALT Telecom Public Company Limited (ALT) has issued a letter of Intent to 
Netlinkz Limited (Netlinkz), a listed Australian Securities Exchange company
(ASX:NET) to form a partnership to distribute Netlinkz services and VPN as
network product bundles, for enterprise in Thailand.
Netlinkz is a fully integrated secure connectivity services, providing Virtual 
Secure Network (VSN), Virtual Private Network (VPN), Secure CCTV and IOT (please
 see detail of service on netlinkz.com).
The partnership will have an initial focus on integrated communication platform,
Network as a Service (NaaS) for enterprises based in Thailand. ALT has seen a
significant opportunity to support digitization for enterprise which is leading
to an increasing demand for NaaS integrated with a multi-cloud approach.
