	ALT Telecom Public Company Limited (the "Company") has invited the shareholders
to propose agendas and nominees to be considered for the election as the
Company's directors at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The proposal
period was August 9, 2022 to November 30, 2022.
	Right now, the time for proposal has ended, there was no agenda proposed and no
 candidate nominated to be considered as the Company's directors at all.
