As the Stock Exchange of Thailand has posted "H" sign on the securities of AEC 
securities Public Company Limited (AEC) since 10.10 am of May 25, 2020 because
AEC has the Net Capital (NC) lower than zero for more than 5 business days
consecutively, which resulted in the company must stop operating business
according to SEC's regulation and SEC requires AEC to clarify the action to
solve this issue.

Since AEC has not yet clarified information about the action to resolve the 
mentioned issue; therefore, SET has still suspended trading by posting "SP" sign
on AEC's securities from the afternoon trading session of May 25, 2020 onwards
until the company is able to clarify complete and clear information.
