 Trading Units, Price Spread, Floor&Ceiling Limits
Trading Units
Generally, each trading unit, a so-called "board lot", contains 100 units of each security; however, for each security priced at 500 baht or more for 6 consecutive months, one board lot is equivalent to 50 units.
Price Spread
Price movements, as prescribed by the SET for securities trading, vary according to each market price level as follows :

Floor & Ceiling Limits
The SET allow prices of a stock traded on Main Board , Odd Lot Board and Big-lot Board to fluctuate within a range of 30 percent of the previous closing price on the main board. However, if the calculated daily price limit is less than +1 Price spread, stock prices may fluctuate within a range of +1 Price spread.
The price limit on foreign board is can be within a range of 60 percent of the previous closing price on the main board
