Poramaporn Prasarttong-osoth, M.D.
President of Bangkok Dusit Medical Services and Chief Executive Officer Group 1 of Bangkok Hospital

Poramaporn Prasarttong-osoth, M.D. qualified as a doctor from the Faculty of Medicine, Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University. She also obtained a Diploma in Clinical Science from Mahidol University and completed a Masters in Surgical Science from The Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine, University of London. In addition, she is a fellow of Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow (FRCS (Glasg)). She was a lecturer at Department of Surgery, Siriraj Hospital Mahidol University for 11 years

Her management experiences over the years include holding various senior positions in Thailand’s healthcare industry, such as the Assistant Dean of Human Resource at Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, the Deputy Hospital Director of BNH Hospital and Hospital Director of Bangkok Hospital.

She is currently the President of Bangkok Dusit Medical Services Public Company Limited and Chief Executive Officer - Group 1 of Bangkok Hospital

Dr. Sethaput Suthiwartnarueput
Governor of the Bank of Thailand

Sethaput Suthiwartnarueput is the 24th Governor of the Bank of Thailand and board member for the National Economic and Social Development Council, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and the Insurance Commission.

Sethaput has extensive experience in economics, policy and financial markets. He has held senior positions with the Siam Commercial Bank group; the Stock Exchange of Thailand; and the Ministry of Finance, and has served on the Board of Directors at PTT Exploration and Production, Osotspa, TMB Bank, and the Bank of Thailand, where he was also on the Monetary Policy Committee.

Prior to returning to Thailand, he was with the World Bank in Washington, DC and McKinsey & Co. in New York. Sethaput received his BA with highest honors from Swarthmore College and his M. Phil and Ph.D. in economics from Yale University.

President & Group Chief Executive Officer of Bangchak Group

Mr. Chaiwat Kovavisarach had been President and Chief Executive Officer of Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited since 2015, and was appointed President and Group Chief Executive Officer of Bangchak Group in 2022.

He also serves on the board of several listed and non-listed companies including, Chairman of the Board, OKEA ASA (Norway), Vice Chairman of BCPG Plc. and Director of BBGI Plc.  He is Chairman of Thai-Europe Business Council, Chairman of Innovation Institute for Industry, Vice Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries, Executive Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Asian Institute of Technology, and Director of the International Chamber of Commerce for Thailand.

He holds a Master of Engineering from the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), an MBA from Thammasat University and a Bachelor of Engineering from King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL).

His extensive experience in engineering, investment banking and executive management is a critical component of Bangchak Group’s growth and transformation into a competitive regional organization with vested global interests beyond petroleum refining and retailing, including renewable energy, bio-based businesses, natural resources, as well as innovation-oriented investments. He has progressed its evolution into a model corporate group recognized as a Leader in Energy Transition, with strong commitments to green innovation, sustainability, and decarbonization.

Mr. Thanapol Sirithanachai
Country Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Property (Thailand)

Thanapol Sirithanachai is Country Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited or “FPT”. He is responsible for overseeing FPT, the first fully integrated real estate platform in Thailand with a diversified portfolio spanning residential, industrial, and commercial properties. For leading commercial properties, he is also Chief Executive Officer, Frasers Property Commercial (Thailand).

Over 30 years in the real estate industry, Thanapol has grown his extensive experience in the field. Prior joined Frasers Property Thailand, he was President of Golden Land Property Development Public Company Limited. At Golden Land, he successfully made the company profitable after three years under his leadership.

Thanapol values education as he believes that it is part of human development. He supports Mentorship Academy for Excellent Leaders (IMET MAX) as the Chairman and Chanapatana International Design Institute as Senior Executive Vice President.

Mr. Siripakorn Cheawsamoot
Deputy for Marketing Communications
Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT)

In 1990, Siripakorn started off as a Tourism Promotion Officer in the Youth Travel Market Section in the Marketing Promotion Department. Afterwards, in 1997 he was promoted to Chief of the Youth Travel Market Section in the Youth Travel Division.

He moved to Hong Kong in 2001 to act as Assistant Director in the TAT Hong Kong Office, Marketing Services Department. After four incredible years in Hong Kong, he moved to Phuket, Thailand to become the Assistant Director in the TAT Southern Office, the Domestic Offices Department.

In March 2006, he was the Director of the Domestic Sales Promotion Division. A few months later, in October 2006, he assumed the position of Director of the Domestic Marketing Group in the Offices under the Deputy Governor for Domestic Marketing.

A year later, he became Director Secretariat to the Governor Division in the Offices under the Governor. In 2009, he moved to the Tourist Information Division in the position of Director.

He relocated to London, UK in 2010 to take up the position of Director for the TAT London Office, where he spent four rewarding years developing policies to promote Thai culture and tourism.

After moving back to Thailand, he became Director of The Americas Market Division, The Americas Region. With all his previous marketing experience accumulated during his career. In 2014, he became the Executive Director for the Information Technology Office. Within this role, he heads three main divisions: the Internal IT Division; the Marketing IT Division, responsible for digital marketing; and the Tourism Database Division, which looks after the TAT Intelligence Center (TATIC). In 2016, he became the Executive Director, Office of the Governor and was promoted to Advisor 10, office under the Governor in 2017. In 2018-2019, he was promoted to the Deputy Governor for Policy and Planning and the Deputy Governor for Digitalisation, Research and Development.

Dr. Ratchanee Wattanawisitporn
Executive Director of Foreign Investment Marketing Division of Thailand Board of Investment.

Since January 2000, she had been working and obtaining experiences in investment promotion in various industrial sectors including Trade and Investment Supporting Office (TISO), Regional operating Headquarter (ROH), International Process Outsourcing (IBPO), Research and Development (R&D), Biotechnology, Human Resources Development (HRD) and other related sectors.

With senior management experiences in both manufacturing and service industries, Dr. Ratchanee’s work experience combines international marketing, economic development and investment promotion. Prior to entering the BOI, Dr. Ratchanee spent two years as financial manager at the international firm. With vast experience from the BOI, she was the project manager of services section and also the member of Foreign Business Committee, Ministry of Commerce.

On 23 June 2014, she has been assigned as the Director of Thailand Board of Investment, Frankfurt Office, to be responsible for attracting and facilitating foreign direct investment from nine central and east European countries (Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg, Hungary, Poland and Czech Republic) into Thailand.

At the same time, she has been accredited as Consul )Investment( and as Head of Investment Section of Royal Thai Consulate-General in Frankfurt am Main which is assigned to implement and achieve the duties in the above mentioned nine countries.

More than 5 years working at Frankfurt Office, 30 September 2019, she came back from Germany to work at Foreign Investment Marketing Division, BOI’s Headquater as Acting Executive Director. 15 October 2019, she has been accredited as Executive Director of Foreign Investment Marketing Division.

Mr. Wichan Jitpukdee
Chief Executive Officer

Wichan Jitpukdee assumed charge as the Chief Executive Officer of SCG Packaging Public Company Limited ("SCGP") in 2019. After one year of appointment, he led SCGP debuted shares on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), making it the most significant listing of 2020.

At the early stage of his career in an integrated packaging solutions company, he joined The Siam Pulp and Paper Public Company Limited, a subsidiary of the Siam Cement Group, in 1988 and has acquired several management positions within the corporation across the Asia region, such as Indonesia, the Philippines and Thailand.

Other than corporate titles, Wichan was appointed as the President of the Thai Pulp and Paper Industries Association (2017 – 2018) and is serving as a Director of the Executive Board of the Thai Chamber of Commerce since 2019.

With over 34 years of corporate experience, Wichan has extensive expertise in strategic planning for sustainable development, international business administration, cultural difference management, innovation and technology application and environmental, social and governance practices.

In the educational aspect, Wichan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Chiang Mai University, Thailand (1987). In addition, his expertise in the industry was credited to extensive management training from leading universities such as Harvard University (USA), Columbia University (USA) and the University of Auckland (New Zealand).

Dr. Soraphol Tulayasathien
Senior Executive Vice President, The Stock Exchange of Thailand

Dr. Soraphol received his Ph.D. in Public Policy and Economics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA. He has extensive experience in public, private, and academic sectors, having worked at Siam Commercial Bank; Department of Trade Negotiations, Ministry of Commerce; and Fiscal Policy Office, Ministry of Finance. He also teaches economics and finance part-time at Thammasat University and NIDA Business School.

Currently, Dr. Soraphol is the Senior Executive Vice President at the Stock Exchange of Thailand responsible for corporate strategy, international relations, and research.

Mr. Arkhom Termpittayapaisith
Minister of Finance

Arkhom Termpittayapaisith, has joined NESDB since 1979 which is considered to be the key agency on planning and formulation of development strategies in Thailand. Throughout his years in NESDB, Arkhom has held series of directorship and taken a lead role in many infrastructure development projects and formulation of vital development strategies which proven to be crucial for the nation to achieve the sustainable development goals. As top executive of NESDB, Arkhom has long been following the philosophy of sufficiency economy by heart and using it as a foundation in development strategy in light of shaping the nation toward more balanced development.

Arkhom also played vital roles as board of directors in many nation’s lead state-own-enterprises until August 2014 prior to the appointment as Deputy Minister of Transport. These included PTT Public Company Limited, Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited, and Thai Smile Airways Company Limited. His roles also extend toward the international community through his extensive involvement in neighboring countries development cooperation especially in cross-border infrastructure projects to connect all the Greater Mekong Subregional Economic Cooperation (GMS) countries which later lead to the Master Plan on ASEAN Connectivity. In his capacity of being Minister of Transport, he was able to change the future of transport infrastructure by completing almost all projects especially the mass transit system in Bangkok, the inter-city double track railways, the high speed rail, all airports, roads and highways, seaports, as well as the gave more focus on the issues of road safety. The most outstanding task was to lift the red flag in 2017 that was imposed by the ICAO in 2015.

In July 2014, Arkhom was appointed as a member of the National Legislative Assembly (NLA). Later he resigned from NLA and was appointed as Deputy Minister of Transport from 30 August 2014 – 19 August 2015 and became Minister of Transport since 19 August 2015 – 16 July 2019.

Dan is CEO of NR Instant Produce Public Company Limited (NRF) and a sustainability & climate champion. For more than two decades Dan has been investing into the food and consumer industry with market exceeding returns. He was the first CEO to IPO a purpose driven company on the stock exchange of Thailand with the mission to transform the food system for a more inclusive and sustainable world. In 2020, he joined the sub-committee on environment of the Global Compact Network Thailand, United Nations. With his strong commitment and his passion to change the world he led NRF to be the first company in Thailand to sign the 1.5 degree pledge and first to join the Race to zero. Mr. Sarath Ratanavadi

Sarath Ratanavadi is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Gulf Energy Development Public Company (GULF). Under his leadership, GULF has grown into one of Thailand’s leading energy and infrastructure companies, having listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand in 2017 with the country’s biggest IPO in a decade. Dr. Atip Asvanund
Executive Manager, Digital Council of Thailand

Dr. Atip is currently the Director General at Digital Council of Thailand where he assisted in passing several laws and public policies to accelerate the growth of digital industry and to attract additional foreign investment (e.g., exemption of capital gain taxes for investing in Thai startups). He also assisted in setting up and managing The Digital Council of Thailand, established in accordance of The Digital Council of Thailand Act, B.E 2562 as the central organization to facilitate collaboration between government and private sectors to accelerate the growth of the digital industry.

He has been an executive at Thailand's major telecommunication, broadcasting and digital convergence company. He is a distinguished public speaker and an experienced professional in the fields of telecommunication, broadcasting and digital convergence. He also was appointed to a political office.

Dr. Atip received BA and BS from University of Chicago and MS and PhD from Carnegie Mellon University on full scholarship. His doctoral thesis on analytics of social networks and online communities was published in a premium academic journal and won awards at top academic conferences.

Chadchart Sittipunt is the current elected Governor of Bangkok Metropolitan. With an extensive background gained through previous positions held as a faculty member at Chulalongkorn University, Minister of Transportation of Thailand, CEO of QHouse, Plc., and a candidate for prime minister of Thailand in 2019, Chadchart expertized in many sectors, including engineering, executive management, policies, and politics.

Chadchart received his Ph.D. in civil engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and acquired two M.S. in Civil Engineering and Business Administration at Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Chulalongkorn University, respectively. Prior, he finished his bachelor's degree in engineering with a 1st class award at Chulalongkorn University.
