Mr. Narit Therdsteerasukdi
Secretary General of Thailand Board of Investment
Mr. Narit Therdsteerasukdi became Secretary General, Thailand Board of Investment (BOI) since October 2022. Previously, he had been serving as Deputy Secretary General (2017-2022), Senior Executive Advisor of the BOI (2016-2017), Executive Director of Investment Strategy and Policy Bureau (2015-2016), and Executive Director of Management Information Systems Bureau (2014-2015).
He began his career at the BOI in 1995, working as Investment Promotion Officer in various divisions such as Investment Services Center, International Affairs Division, and Planning and Development Division. He also served as Executive Assistant to two Secretaries General of the BOI. After that he became Director of Economic and Investment Strategy Division and concurrently Director of Center for Development of New Investment Promotion Strategy and Policy.
Mr. Therdsteerasukdi’s work experience includes a secondment to the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs during 2001 – 2002 and 2004 – 2006. Meanwhile, he was appointed to be Deputy Director of One Tambon, One Product (OTOP) Program Coordination Office, the Prime Minister’s Office. He was then assigned to be Head of the Secretariat of Economic Advisory Committee to the Prime Minister during 2009 – 2011.
He is currently the Vice President of Chulalongkorn University’s Economics Association, a board member of Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research, a board member of National Nanotechnology Center, a member of the Public Sector Development Sub-Committee, a member of the Civil Service Commission Sub-Committee and a member of Special Task Force for Building New Priority Industries (PMO Team) under the supervision of Deputy Prime Minister.
Mr. Therdsteerasukdi earned his Bachelor of Economics (Honors) from Chulalongkorn University, Bachelor of Law from Ramkhamhaeng University, and M.A. in Economics from Boston University, USA. Additionally, he received a certificate in Economic Management for Development from Curtin University, Australia and an advanced certificate in Public Administration and Public Law from King Prajadhipok’s Institute.
He was the author of two books, titled “Next Generation Leaders” and “Global Village”, and a co-editor of the “Thailand Stand-up” book. Furthermore, he was a columnist of “Investment for the future” and “Smart EEC” in the newspaper and magazine. He was also Chairman of the working group for “50th Anniversary of the Board of Investment” memorial book in 2016.
He has also been the recipient of numerous awards such as “Outstanding Extracurricular Activist in 1994” from the Faculty of Economics, Chulalongkorn University, and “Outstanding Civil Servant in 2015” from the Prime Minister.

Pipat is Managing Director and Chief Economist of Kiatnakin Phatra Financial Group. Joining the research team in 2010, he started out by covering the Thailand banks and the financial sector. He was later the cohead of Chief Investment Office of Kiatnakin Phatra Wealth Management. Before joining Kiatnakin Phatra Securities, he was an economist at the International Monetary Fund, Washington, DC. Subsequently, he was a senior research analyst in the Global Asset Allocation Team at Mellon Capital Management, San Francisco.

Pornanong Budsaratragoon is a distinguished professional with a robust academic background and extensive academic and regulatory experience. She holds a BBA in quantitative analysis from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand, an MBA in management of information systems from the University of Dallas, the United States, and a DBA in finance from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand. Her tenure at the Securities and Exchange Commission showcases her leadership, serving as the board member of the capital market supervisory board, chair of the sub-committee on consideration of regulations on issuance and offering of debt securities, derivatives, and structured products, chair of the sub-committee on consideration of regulations on supervision of business and market intermediaries, and member of the sub-committee on consideration of regulations on asset management.

Mr. Asadej Kongsiri has been the President of The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) since September 19, 2024. He currently serves as a Director of the Capital Market Development Fund and Vice Chairman of the Sem Pringpuangkeo Foundation.

Mrs. Chavinda Hanratanakool brings over 35 years of experience in the investment field. She joined Krungthai Asset Management PCL. Dr. Luxmon Attapich is an accomplished economist and leader with over 20 years of experience in economic policy, development finance, and corporate governance. She is currently Chief Executive Officer of the National Credit Bureau Co., Ltd., following her tenure as President earlier in 2025.

William E. Heinecke is the founder and chairman of Minor International, a Thailand-based multinational spanning the Minor Hotels and Minor Food groups. He launched the company in Bangkok with $1,200 dollars in borrowed funds at the age of just 17, naming it “Minor Holdings” to reflect his status as a legal minor. Over six decades, he has transformed this small startup into a USD 5 billion hospitality empire with over 78,000 employees in 65 countries.
Known as one of Asia’s most inveterate entrepreneurs, Mr Heinecke’s maverick style, keen business acumen, and passion for experiential hospitality propelled Minor Hotels into one of the world’s largest hospitality groups – home to brands like Anantara, Avani, Elewana Collection, Tivoli, and NH Hotels and boasting over 640 properties in 65 countries.
Mr Heinecke launched Minor Food in 1980 with a single pizza outlet, introducing the American fast-food concept to Thailand. Mr. Chai Eamsiri

Mr. Chai Eamsiri joined Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) in 1985 and was promoted to Manager of Fuel Department in 1997, then Director of Corporate Insurance in 2003 and Director of Petroleum and Fuel Management in 2006 consecutively. In 2014, Mr. Eamsiri was appointed Vice President of Petroleum, Corporate Insurance and Aviation Environment Department. His most recent position was Chief of Financial Officer.

As Chief Commercial Officer, Damien leads Agoda’s efforts in building strategic relationships with stakeholders across a diverse range of industries and functions. He oversees Rocket Travel by Agoda our Strategic Partnerships business unit, Key Accounts and Government Affairs.
In his role, Damien develops product driven partnerships to create long term values for both parties and leads agile sales teams in accelerating go-to-market initiatives.

Dr. Kid Supachai Parchariyanon

Dr. Kid Supachai Parchariyanon is the CEO and Co-Founder of RISE, a corporate innovation powerhouse with a mission to drive 1% of GDP growth and reduce 1% of carbon emissions for Southeast Asia. RISE has worked with over 400 large conglomerates and government agencies to build innovation capabilities, accelerating more than 2,000 startups with a combined valuation of over $2 billion.
He is also the Managing Partner of SeaX Ventures, a US-based DeepTech VC fund that invests in exponential technologies globally. With $70 million in AUM, SeaX Ventures has backed several HealthTech and Life Sciences startups, including Qvin, Bariendo, Eigen, RyboDyn, Hepta Bio, alongside unicorns like Solana and Band Protocol.

Prof.Dr. Sith Sathornsumetee

Sith Sathornsumetee, MD, is a Professor of Neurology and Vice-Dean for Research and Innovation at the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University in Bangkok, Thailand. He also serves as Vice-Chair of the Education and Outreach Committee of the Asian Society for Neuro-Oncology (ASNO).
Dr. Sathornsumetee earned his medical degree from the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University. He completed research training in neuro-immunology at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, followed by neurology residency and neuro-oncology fellowship at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina, USA. After completing his training in 2007, he returned to Siriraj Hospital to pursue a career as a physician-scientist and was promoted to Professor in 2018.
His clinical expertise focuses on the treatment of patients with brain tumors and neurological complications of cancer. His research interests include the preclinical and clinical development of novel therapeutic strategies, such as targeted drug delivery systems and precision medicine approaches for brain tumors. He has authored over 100 full-length manuscripts, invited reviews, and international book chapters.
Beyond his clinical, teaching, and research roles, Dr. Sathornsumetee served as Director of the Siriraj Center of Research Excellence Management (SiCORE-M) Unit from 2018 to 2022. In this role, he and his team identified key challenges and developed strategic initiatives—guided by the international Research and Innovation Advisory Committee—to strengthen biomedical and health science research. Their work led to the implementation of several support mechanisms aimed at accelerating Siriraj’s signature research programs and advancing the institution’s goal of becoming a world-class medical center through high-impact research and innovation.
Since October 2022, Dr. Sathornsumetee has served as Vice-Dean for Research and Innovation, overseeing research support systems, personnel, space and infrastructure, and funding strategies across the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital.
Dr. Num Tanthuwanit

Before joining EY-P, he was the President Director/Group CEO of OMNI Hospitals Group in Indonesia, and prior to that was the Medical Director and CEO of Bumrungrad International Hospital, Thailand.
Num graduated with an M.B.,B.S. from the University of Melbourne, Australia, undertook a residency in Internal Medicine at the Royal Melbourne Hospital, and completed a Fellowship in Rehabilitation Medicine through the Royal Australasian College of Physicians. He practiced as a specialist physician in both public and private hospital settings in Australia, the UK, and Thailand.

Manop Sangiambut

Manop Sangiambut has served as Group CFO since 2020, playing a pivotal role in formulating the Group’s strategic direction and navigating the highly competitive, fast changing financial services. Manop has taken the leadership in cultivating an AI-first mindset and driving various AI initiatives within the SCBX Group. He received Asia’s Best CFO Award by Corporate Governance Asia (2023), Best and Outstanding CFO Awards by the Investment Analyst Association (2024, 2021), and the Issuer of the Year Award by the Thai Bond Market Association (2024).

Before joining SCB, Manop served as Head of China A-share Research at CLSA in Shanghai and Hong Kong from 2004 to 2012, specializing in China macroeconomic strategy and infrastructure sector investments. Earlier in his career, he worked at the Thai Ministry of Finance, focusing on state-owned enterprise development policies.
Manop holds an MBA in Finance from Carnegie Mellon University, USA, under the Royal Thai Government scholarship, and a Bachelor of Accounting Information Systems from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand. Manop attended the CFO Leadership Program at Harvard Business School (2024) and Advanced Strategic Management course at IMD (2015). He is a certified public accountant (Thailand) and had served as a part-time lecturer at both Chulalongkorn University and Fudan University (Shanghai). In recognition of his academic and professional achievements, he received the “Thai Government Scholar Rising Star Award” in 2018.

Ithinan currently leads Ascend Money’s digital lending business, focusing on expanding access to credit for underserved retail and MSME segments across Southeast Asia. He joined Ascend Money with over 15 years of experience in financial services, bringing a unique blend of credit risk expertise and product innovation to drive financial inclusion.
Prior to joining Ascend Money, Ithinan held key credit risk and portfolio management roles at leading Thai financial institutions including Kiatnakin Bank, TMB, and the Bank of Ayudhya. Throughout his career, he has specialized in designing inclusive loan products and utilizing alternative data such as e-wallet, telco, and retail transactions to underwrite thin-file customers.
At Ascend Money, Ithinan has played a key role in the development of proprietary credit scoring models and automated decision engines, helping the team achieve over 95% straight-through processing while maintaining robust risk control. His deep understanding of credit risk, combined with a passion for AI and data-driven lending, has positioned him at the forefront of responsible innovation in fintech.
Ithinan holds an MSc in Finance from Henley Business School, UK, and graduated with First Class Honors in Bachelor of Economics from Thammasat University. He is also a Certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) and is committed to using technology to close the financial access gap in emerging markets.
Ms. Sarachada Sornsong
Assistant Managing Director of Kiatnakin Phatra Securities
Sarachada Sornsong is an Assistant Managing Director in Research group and joined Kiatnakin Phatra Securities in August 2025.
She covers banking and finance sectors. Sarachada has received IAA Award for Best Analyst 2024 in the banking sector.
Sarachada received her MSc. Economics from University of Essex, UK and Bachelor of Economics from Chulalongkorn University.
