with reference to the news appearing in the media regarding a tender offer of
the Company's securities, the Company would like to clarify that as of now, the
Company has not received any information or communication from the person(s)
required to make such tender offer.
The Company will immediately notify the Stock Exchange of Thailand upon 
receiving any further information or developments on the matter and will comply
with all applicable rules and regulations of the relevant regulatory
authorities, as well as disclose information in accordance with the requirements
 of the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
However, AirAsia X Berhad has made an announcement related to the tender offer
