Subject                                  : Request for Extension of Additional 
Clarification on Q2/2025 Financial Statements via SET's Disclosure System
Description                              :
   As Beyond Securities Public Company Limited ("the Company") has received a 
letter from the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) No. Bor.Jor. 229/2025 dated
October 6, 2025, requesting the Company to provide additional clarifications on
the financial statements of Q2/2025 through SET's disclosure system by October
14, 2025, and disclose the opinions of the Board of Directors and Audit
Committee by October 20, 2025. The Company would like to clarify that it is in
the process of preparing a response in accordance with the details requested by
SET. The content of such clarification must be presented to the Company's Board
of Directors and the Audit Committee for their review and opinion. This is to
ensure that the clarification is accurate, complete, and addresses all issues
clearly in a single submission, which will be beneficial to shareholders and
general investors.
   The Company would like to postpone the disclosure of additional 
clarifications on the financial statements of Q2/2025 through SET's disclosure
system from the original date of October 14, 2025, to October 20, 2025, which is
in line with the schedule for providing opinions by the Board of Directors and
the Audit Committee.
