The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) requires Beyond Securities Public Company 
Limited (BYD) to clarify information on the financial statements of Q2/2025. For
the six-month period, the company had a net loss of Baht 2,668 million,
comparing to Baht 22 million net loss during the same period last year, mainly
due to the recognition of an allowance for expected credit loss of TSB Loans,
totaling Baht 2,652 million and the modification of loan terms with ACE which
have significant impact on the company's financial position and operating
results.
Therefore, BYD is required to clarify the information through SET's disclosure 
system by October 14, 2025 and disclose the opinions of the Board of Directors
and Audit Committee by October 20, 2025. In addition, the SET recommends the
investors to study BYD's financial statements and monitor the company's
clarification.
