for voluntary delisting. Presently, KEX has complied with the SET's rules and
regulations re: Delisting of Securities, 2021. By virtue of Section 171 (4) of
the Securities and Exchange Act B.E. 2535 (1992), The SET has approved the
delisting of KEX's common stocks from October 15, 2025 onwards. Hence, October
14, 2025 will be the last trading day of KEX's common stocks.
