Description                              :
As the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has announced that the securities of JKN
Global Group Public Company Limited (JKN) are subject to possible delisting an
additional ground from June 13, 2025 onwards due to JKN's disclosure of false
information in its 2023 annual financial statements and Annual Registration
Statement (Form 56-1 One Report). As JKN presently continues to be in breach of
applicable reporting requirements set forth by the Securities and Exchange
Commission (SEC), SET will propose to the Board of Governors of the Exchange for
consideration of the delisting of JKN's ordinary shares from listed securities,
in accordance with the Stock Exchange's regulations on delisting of listed
securities.

JKN has been subject to possible delisting since November 18, 2024 due to its 
failure to submit the Q1/2024 financial statements to SET within the prescribed
six-month deadline. This was followed by JKN's additional failure to submit the
2024 annual financial statements within 6-months from the due date.
