The Board of Directors Meeting of KASIKORNBANK PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED No. 
9/2025, held on July 22, 2025, passed a resolution to bestow the title of
"Chairman of Global Sustainability" to  Mr. Pipit Aneaknithi.  The resolution is
 effective from August 1, 2025, onwards.
