Change of director/Executive

KASIKORNBANK PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED would hereby notify that Mr. Pipit 
Aneaknithi has reached a mutual agreement with the Bank to end his employment
contract before due term.  And, he has submitted his resignation from all other
positions he holds in the Bank and its wholly-owned subsidiaries.  Such
resignation shall take effect from August 1, 2025, onwards.  He will hold his
current positions until July 31, 2025.
