Subject                                  : Notification of Postponement of 
Clarification on the Financial Statements for Q1/2025 and Disclosure of
Additional Information via the SET System (Revised Template)
Description                              :
            With reference to the letter dated 11 June 2025 from the Stock 
Exchange of Thailand ("SET") requesting clarification on the Company's financial
statements for the first quarter of 2025, addressed to Advanced Connection
Corporation Public Company Limited (the "Company"), the management has presented
 the matter to the Executive Committee meeting held on 12 June 2025.

            The management brought the matter to the Executive Committee meeting
on June 12, 2025, which the Executive Committee acknowledged and initially
reviewed. The matter is scheduled to be further submitted to the Audit Committee
and the Board of Directors at the meeting on 23 June 2025 for a thorough and
careful consideration. The Company will subsequently submit its clarification to
the SET and disclose it to the shareholders in a single announcement on 24 June
 2025.
