Description                              :
The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) requires JKN Global Group Public Company 
Limited (JKN) to submit clarification regarding the special audit progress,
potential impact, and measures to improve its internal controls related to
financial statement preparation following the Securities and Exchange Commission
(SEC)'s filing of criminal complaints with the Department of Special
Investigation (DSI) against JKN and two of its directors for perpetrating false
accounting entries and/or maintaining incomplete, incorrect and inaccurate
accounts in its 2023 annual financial statements and Q1/2024 accounting
documents with intent to deceive any person and for disclosing the 2023 annual
financial statements and the Annual Registration Statement (Form 56-1 One
Report) which contain false financial statements.

The clarification must be submitted via SET's information disclosure system by
