information in its 2023 annual financial statements and Annual Registration
Statement (Form 56-1 One Report).
Remark                                   :
On November 18, 2024, the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) announced that the 
securities of JKN Global Group Public Company Limited (JKN) are subject to
possible delisting due to JKN's failure to submit the financial statements for
the quarter ended March 31, 2024 within the prescribed six-month deadline.
Subsequently, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filed criminal 
complaints with the Department of Special Investigation (DSI) against JKN and
two of its directors in early June 2025 for manipulating financial statements of
JKN and ordered JKN to rectify the financial statements and disclose the
rectified financial statements and reports via SET's system by July 11, 2025 (as
detailed in SEC News No. 139/2025 dated June 5, 2025 and No. 145/2025 dated
June 11, 2025). These facts constitute an additional ground for possible
