The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) requires Beyond Securities Public Company 
Limited (BYD) to clarify information on the financial statements of Q1/2025,
which the auditor has an emphasis of matter about net losses for three
consecutive years and shareholders' equity less than 100% of the paid-up share
capital, resulting in SET has placed a Caution Business (CB) sign. In Addition,
the company had a net loss of Baht 241 million in this quarter, representing a
677% increase compared to the previous year, mainly due to the recognition of
allowance for expected credit loss totaling Baht 315 million, which primarily
related to loans to an associated company during this quarter.

Therefore, BYD is required to clarify information through SET's disclosure 
system by June 17, 2025 and disclose the opinions of the Board of Directors and
Audit Committee by June 24, 2025. In addition, SET recommends the investors to
study BYD's financial statements and monitor the company's clarification.
