Description                              :
The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) requires Advanced Connection Corporation 
Public Company Limited (ACC) to clarify information on the financial statements
of Q1/2025, which the auditor issued a qualified opinion with an emphasis of
matter about the investment in R.T.S. (2003) Co., Ltd. (RTS), which ACC
identified irregularities relating to the capital increase registration of RTS
that occurred prior to ACC's investment. Furthermore, the financial statements
contain information regarding loans and overdue accounts receivable. These
mentioned issues may relate to the effectiveness of ACC's internal control
system and may affect to the company's financial position and operating results.

Therefore, ACC is required to clarify information through SET's disclosure 
system by June 17, 2025 and disclose the opinions of the Board of Directors and
Audit Committee by June 24, 2025. In addition, SET recommends the investors to
study ACC's financial statements and monitor the company's clarification.
