On May 20, 2025, CMO Public Company Limited (CMO) announced the resignation of 
all three members of its Audit Committee, including the Chairman. These
resignations will take effect gradually within May 2025, due to other business
engagement and to ensure seamless and efficient execution of operations (Details

Since the Audit Committee plays a crucial role in supervising listed companies 
to have good corporate governance, in order to create confidence among the
shareholders, investors, and all related parties, SET recommends the
shareholders and investors to monitor the appointment of three Audit Committee
members in accordance with SET's regulation.
