SET requires K to clarify information as the Board of Directors has passed a 
resolution to omit dividend payment, which changed from the resolution
previously approved by the shareholders' meeting to pay a dividend at the rate
of 0.03 bath per share. This also include the revision of the financial
statements                  for the first quarter of 2025, which resulted in a
change from retained earnings to accumulated losses.                    These
matters significantly affect investment decisions.
	Therefore, the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee are required to 
clarify information through SET's disclosure system by May 21, 2025. In
addition, the investors are recommended to carefully study K's information
before making investment decision and attend the EGM's meeting to be held on
June 30, 2025.
