BBL Asset Management Co., Ltd., the Management Company of Super Energy Power 
Plant Infrastructure Fund (SUPEREIF) (the "Fund"), would like to inform that for
the performance period from 1 January 2025 to 31 March 2025, the Fund recorded
deficits of THB 9.4 million as at 31 March 2025. As a result, the Fund is unable
to pay dividends to unitholders for this period, in accordance with the
dividend payment policy and guidelines stipulated in the Fund's prospectus.

From the calendar year 2023 onwards, if the Fund will pay any capital reduction 
for the performance period during the calendar year, the Fund will collect such
capital reductions to be paid together with the distribution that will be
considered from the last performance period of that calendar year. For the
performance period during 1 January 2025 to 31 March 2025, the Fund had
remaining liquidity after various reserves of approximately THB 125.5 million or
 THB 0.24373 per unit.
