As TIDLOR Holding Public Company Limited (TIDLOR) has made a tender offer for 
the securities of Ngern Tid Lor Public Company Limited (NTL) for corporate
shareholding restructuring, at a swap ratio of 1 common shares of NTL for 1
common shares of TIDLOR, the tender offer period was during March 10, 2025 -
April 30, 2025 which was already completed. Currently, SET has already announced
that TIDLOR will be listed securities on May 15, 2025 in place of NTL which
will be delisted on the same day.

Therefore, SET recommends the investors to be careful in trading NTL's 
securities during this period since NTL's securities will not have secondary
market for trading after TIDLOR's securities will be the listed securities on
the Exchange in place of NTL's securities, which will be delisted accordingly.
