Notification of Resolutions of the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 
(AGM) No. 1/2025

Hydrotek Public Company Limited (the "Company") would like to inform that the 
2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders No. 1/2025 was held on Tuesday,
April 29, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. in a physical meeting format at the Convention
Room, N-Siri Resort & Hotel, Lam Luk Ka District, Pathum Thani Province.

There were no shareholders attending the meeting in person. However, 32 
shareholders attended the meeting by proxy, totaling 32 participants,
representing a total of 264,874,852 shares. This represents 90% of the Company's
 total issued and paid-up shares of 293,825,726 shares.

The meeting thus constituted a quorum in accordance with the relevant laws and 
the Company's Articles of Association, which require that not less than 25
shareholders and/or proxy holders, or not less than half of the total number of
shareholders (whichever is lower), must be present, and the total shares
represented must not be less than one-third of the total issued and paid-up
shares of the Company.
