The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) hereby announces the upcoming 
implementation regarding the integration of fractional depositary receipts
("fractional DRs" or "DRx") into depositary receipts ("DRs") and the extension
of trading hours for DRs with underlying securities listed in the European and
U.S. markets.
In alignment with SET's initiative to enhance market efficiency, trading of DRx 
will be discontinued and all existing DRx units will be merged with their
corresponding DRs. Concurrently, SET will extend a night trading session for DRs
whose underlying assets are listed in the European and U.S. markets to better
accommodate trading during those markets' active hours. These changes will take
effect from the day trading session on 6 May 2025.
