Description                              :
The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) requires AKS Corporation Public Company 
Limited (AKS) to clarify information on the financial statements for the year
ended 2024, which the auditor issued an unqualified opinion with emphasis of
matters about (1) The additional investment in Green Earth Power (Thailand) Co.,
Ltd. (GEPT) which has a change in share purchase price by an additional of 20%
and change from share control premium to a commission fee. AKS will get a refund
for the difference of Baht 255 million but has not yet received. (2) The
gradual repurchases of Wind Energy Holding Co., Ltd. (WEH)'s shares, but AKS was
unable to make payment on due date. (3) The future business operation, which
involves impairment of goodwill in significant amount. These cases may affect to
 the company's financial position, operating results, and business expansion.

Therefore, AKS's board of directors is required to clarify opinions through 
SET's disclosure system by April 24, 2025. In addition, SET recommends the
investors to study AKS's financial statements and monitor the company's
clarification.
