The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) requires Global Consumer Public Company 
Limited (GLOCON) to clarify information on the financial statements for the year
ended 2024, which the auditor issued an unqualified opinion with emphasis of
matters about (1) The company has not yet received the return of deposit
according to the termination of investment amounting to USD 2.75 million (Baht
98 million) and (2) Material uncertainty related to going concern. These cases
may affect to the company's financial position, operating results, and business
expansion.

Therefore, GLOCON's board of directors is required to clarify opinions through 
SET's disclosure system by April 21, 2025. In addition, SET recommends the
investors to study GLOCON's financial statements and monitor the company's
clarification.
