Description                              :
The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) requires King Gen Public Company Limited 
(KGEN) to clarify information on the financial statements for the year ended
2024 regarding the following significant items:  (1) Deposits for various
transactions of KGEN's group, many of which have been cancelled, resulting in
partial refunds or no refund and leading to litigation and (2) Investment in the
electric vehicle business, funded through capital increase offering as private
placement, where the company received 10% of capital increase. These cases may
affect to the operating results and business operations of KGEN's group.
Therefore, KGEN is required to clarify information through SET's disclosure 
system by April 10, 2025 and disclose the opinions of the Board of Directors by
April 17, 2025. In addition, SET recommends the investors to study KGEN's
financial statements and monitor the company's clarification.
