Subject: Announcement for Dividend Payment and the Record Date for the right to 
obtain the dividend of the MFC-Nichada Thani Property Fund (MNIT)

As MNIT has the policy to pay the dividend to Unit holders at least once a year 
at the minimum rate of 90% of its annual net profit or will pay the dividend
from the retained earnings.
 
On 5 March 2025, the Property Investment Committee had agreed to the dividend 
distribution for the period 1 October 2024 - 31 December 2024. The dividend
payment from Net Profit and Retained Earn-ings will be at Baht 0.0300 per unit.
With this, the record date will be on 19 March 2025 for the uni-tholders' right
to obtain the dividend. The dividend will be paid on 28 March 2025.
