Disciplinary action against member company
The Stock Exchange of Thailand ("SET") hereby announces its disciplinary action 
against Kiatnakin Phatra Securities Public Company Limited (the "Company"),
which is a member of SET, on the ground that the Company failed to comply with
the regulations prescribed by SET. The said failure was about the Company's
deficiency in maintaining adequate operational controls required for securities
business operations which constituted a violation of or non-compliance with
Clause 17 (1) in conjunction with Clause 5 (9) and Clause 17 (4/1) of the
Regulations of The Stock Exchange of Thailand, Re: Membership Rules, 2001.
SET therefore has imposed the disciplinary action against the Company for the 
aforementioned offense by imposing a three-month probation period on the Company
 as resolved by the Disciplinary Sub-committee.
