Krungthai Asset Management Public Company Limited and MFC Asset Management 
Public Company Limited ("Management Company"), as the Management Company of the
Fund, would like to notify the change of Investment Advisory Committee member
from  Mr. Chanvit Nakburee  and Mr. Jirawat Hongsakul to be Mr. Sutarak
Teechantuk and Mr. Pitaya Uthaisang which shall be effective commencing on
