Thai Parcels Public Company Limited has offered ordinanry shares to the public 
for the first time (IPO) on June 22-26,2023, in the amout of 120,000,000 shares
at the price of Baht 3.30 per share. share. After listing the newly issued
ordinary shares of The Company on the Stock Exchange of Thailand on June 30,
2023, The Company received proceeds from the offering of newly issued ordinary
shares in the amount of 396,000,000 baht.
The Company would like to report the usage of fund raised from IPO as of 
December 31, 2024 as follows: by Outstanding Balance as of December 31,2024
209,000,000.00 baht
