Clover Power Public Company Limited ("the Company") has submitted a 
clarification of the information in the third-quarter financial statements of
2024, as requested by the Stock Exchange of Thailand, pursuant to the
aforementioned letter. In order to ensure that investors have sufficient
information to make informed investment decisions regarding the Company's
securities, the Stock Exchange has requested the Company to provide the opinion
of the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee by December 25, 2024.
