Connected transaction

CFARM will sell the land to Mr. Chuwit Jungtanasomboon., who is a shareholder of
the company and a close relative of three company directors: Mr. Churat
Jungtanasomboon, the younger brother of Mr.Chuwit Jungtanasomboon. Ms.Sarinya
Juengthanasomboon, the older sister of Mr. Chuwit Jungtanasomboon.  Ms. Mathucha
 Juengthanasomboon, the daughter of Mr. Chuwit Jungtanasomboon.

Acquisition or disposition of assets

The sale of land by CFARM to Mr. Chuwit Jungtanasomboon is classified as a 
Related Party transaction of assets and services. The transaction value is
determined based on the highest value of consideration, which is the land sale
price of THB 4.50 million. CFARM will receive the consideration in cash.
Accumulated transaction size over the past 6 months : None.
 Total transaction value: THB 4.50 million, representing 0.69% of CFARM's net 
tangible assets (NTA) as per the consolidated financial statements for Q3/2024,
ending 30 September 2024.
This is categorized as a medium-sized Related Party transaction (value exceeding
0.03% but less than 3% of the company's NTA or between THB 1 million and THB 20
million). The transaction requires approval from the CFARM Board of Directors
and disclosure to the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).
