Ltd and obtaining maturity loan repayment of MFC INDUSTRIAL REAL ESTATE
INVESTMENT TRUST (MIT)
	As Informed in previous Notification 178/2567 on the 22nd of November 2024, MFC
Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust ("The Trust" or "MIT") had entered and
signed on 15th November 2024 into the sales and purchase agreements ("SPA")
between APUK Co., Ltd ("APUK" or "Seller") with the buyer of land and buildings
located at Unit C Achor and Hope Land Charlton, London SE7 7SQ, United Kingdom
("Asset") for ?8.2 million.
	The Trust has completed the sale of asset in accordance to the Unitholders' 
approval meeting 1/2567 on 23 August 2024 and the net proceeds from the sales
deducted all related expense is used to complete the loan repayment to the
lender as of the 2nd of December 2024.  	
	The current remaining is the process of transfer of titles and related 
documents with the authorities in accordance with the SPA's requirements and
completion as well as relay the claim to the insurance claim monies as a result
of the wiring theft which is still pending from the insurer. All of APUK shares
will be released of any pledged for the purpose of loan ?9.1 million loan
repayment once the lender has received such claim monies.
	In addition, the lender has agreed to extend the exercise of forceable rights 
for the loan repayment for a period of 10 weeks (18 February 2025), if in the
event of delays, APUK will request for further extension.
	Furthermore, the REIT Manager will provide additional updates to the 
unitholders in the event of significant operational progress.
