Limited (the "Company") to the Stock Exchange of Thailand on 13 December 2024
and 16 December 2024 regarding the establishment of a subsidiary, namely, Axtra
Growth Plus Co., Ltd. ("AGP"), the Company's joint investment in assets of The
Happitat Project and the Stock Exchange of Thailand's notice requesting
additional information on the said investment
