As Kasikorn Asset Management Company Limited, the management company of KPNPF, 
requested the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) to suspend trading on KPNPF's
securities, starting from December 18, 2024. This suspension is to facilitate
the conversion process of the property fund into a Real Estate Investment Trust
(REIT) (Details as shown on KPNPF's news on December 6, 2024).

Therefore, SET will post SP (Suspension) sign on KPNPF's securities starting 
from December 18, 2024 until the completion of the conversion process of the
property fund into a REIT, as requested by the management company.
