delisting. Presently, SSC has complied with the SET's rules and regulations re:
Delisting of Securities, 2021. By virtue of Section 171 (4) of the Securities
and Exchange Act B.E. 2535 (1992), The SET has approved the delisting of SSC's
common stocks from December 20, 2024 onwards. Hence, December 19, 2024 will be
the last trading day of SSC's common stocks.
