As Krungthai Asset Management Public Company Limited, the management company of 
LPF, requested the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) to suspend trading on LPF's
securities, starting from November 21, 2024. This suspension is to facilitate
the conversion process of the property fund into a Real Estate Investment Trust
(REIT) (Details as shown on LPF's news on November 11, 2024).

Therefore, SET will post SP (Suspension) sign on LPF's securities starting from 
November 21, 2024 until the completion of the conversion process of the property
 fund into a REIT, as requested by the management company.
