As Stecon Group Public Company Limited (STECON) has made a tender offer for the 
securities of Sino-Thai Engineering and Construction Public Company Limited
(STEC) for corporate shareholding restructuring, at a swap ratio of 1 common
shares of STEC for 1 common shares of STECON, the tender offer period was during
August 19, 2024 - October 21, 2024 which was already completed. Currently,
STECON is during the process of listing STECON's securities on the Exchange in
place of STEC's securities.

Therefore, SET recommends the investors to be careful in trading STEC's 
securities during this period since STEC's securities will not have secondary
market for trading after STECON's securities will be the listed securities on
the Exchange in place of STEC's securities, which will be delisted accordingly.
