Description                              :
The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) requires Beyond Securities Public Company 
Limited (BYD) to clarify information on the financial statements as of Q2/2024
which has main revenue from interest income from loans to Thai Smile Bus Co.,
Ltd. (TSB), equaling to 65% of total revenue. However, TSB requested for a grace
period for principal and interest payment for 3 years. As a result, BYD did not
have cash inflow from interest income during the six-month period ended of 2024
which may significantly affect to the company's financial positions, expected
credit loss, operating results and liquidity. Therefore, SET requires BYD to
clarify information via SET Disclosure system within October 1, 2024 and
recommends the investors to study BYD's financial statements and monitor the
company's clarification.
